Data and privacy
Your data is held by two services, linked only by an opaque account id. lexmem holds your account and your memory — what you know, and the history behind it. langweave holds only what it needs to weave and to bill.
What langweave stores
Section titled “What langweave stores”- the account id lexmem issued, and when you first used langweave;
- which of your languages is active — the one woven when your assistant names none;
- any weave settings you changed from their defaults;
- if you have subscribed, the state of your subscription — active, in its free month or ended, and when the current period ends — and Stripe’s id for it.
That is all of it: no email, name or password, and nothing about a word.
What lexmem stores
Section titled “What lexmem stores”Your email address, name and hashed password, your sign-in sessions and the apps you connected; your languages, every word recorded for you with its state and counters, your counting thresholds, and the history of events that produced them — each with the app that recorded it. Your memory has the detail. What reaches that history from a conversation depends on your plan: on Free, nothing; on Standard, the target-language words your assistant used. Plans has the exact list.
What is not stored
Section titled “What is not stored”- Your conversations. Your assistant sends the words it used and what happened to them, never the text of your messages or its replies — to either service.
- Anything from your assistant about you — no profile, memory, name or location from the account you use it with. The connector knows only the account you signed in with.
- Payment details. Your card and billing address are held by Stripe, which sells the Standard plan; neither service sees them.
Both services run on Vercel in fra1 (Frankfurt), their databases on Neon (Postgres)
in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). lexmem sends the confirmation and password-reset emails, through
Resend. langweave’s privacy policy and lexmem’s
privacy policy are the full statements.
Exporting and deleting
Section titled “Exporting and deleting”On the app’s Account page, Download my data saves everything lexmem holds for you as one JSON file, and Delete my account deletes your lexmem account and your whole memory, for every app connected to it. Cancel a Standard subscription on Billing first: deleting the account does not cancel it.
You change your email and password on lexmem’s account page, linked from the app’s Account screen. To stop your assistant using langweave without deleting anything, remove the connector in your client.
